Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposit for
reservations:
1 Day: Daily Rate
Two or more days: $50.-
Security Deposit for
Rentals: $200.- (daily & weekly rates)
Security Deposit for monthly Rentals: one month rent!
If cancellation is necessary, deposits will be refunded as follows:
· Cancellation at least 7 Days Prior to Arrival, less $10.00 fee.
· Cancellation less than 7 Days Prior to Arrival - no refund

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds
or credits due to discomforts of nature or early
departures.
The deposit for
Cabins / Mobile Homes will be refunded on your date of departure,
if you left
the place without any damage.
